2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our Website, submitting an enquiry form, or registering for a Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Programme. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that the individual concerned agrees to these Terms.

3. Nature of Our Programmes

Goldmeadow provides general educational information and practical document organisation support in the context of retirement in Malaysia. Our Programmes are designed to help participants understand publicly available information about retirement frameworks and to organise their own personal records.

Nothing delivered in our Programmes constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional regulated advice. We are not licensed financial advisers. Participants should seek independent professional advice from appropriately qualified and regulated professionals for decisions about their personal retirement finances.

Our Programmes are conducted in English at our premises in Johor Bahru, Johor. We primarily serve participants in Malaysia. Session availability is subject to scheduling and minimum participant numbers.

4. Registration and Enrolment

To register for a Programme, you must submit an enquiry or registration through our Website or by contacting us directly. A registration is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Goldmeadow and receipt of payment in full (or as otherwise agreed).

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

Where a session does not proceed due to insufficient registrations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you and offer a full refund of any fees paid.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our Programmes, you agree to:

  • Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
  • Not record sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) without our prior written consent
  • Not reproduce or distribute our Content materials without our prior written consent
  • Use the educational information and materials provided for your own personal use only
  • Not use our sessions, materials, or name for commercial purposes
  • Arrive on time and attend the full programme where applicable

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content created and provided by Goldmeadow — including handouts, templates, checklists, presentation materials, and website content — remains the intellectual property of Goldmeadow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written permission. Publicly available information from government sources cited within our materials remains the property of those sources.

8. Disclaimers

Our Programmes and Website are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. While we take care to draw on accurate and current publicly available information, we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information provided.

Goldmeadow expressly disclaims any liability for outcomes arising from the use of information shared in our sessions. Our sessions do not replace the advice of a licensed financial planner, legal adviser, or other regulated professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Goldmeadow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or participation in a Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Programme in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of income or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, disruptions to public infrastructure, or public health emergencies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goldmeadow and its facilitators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or from your conduct during a Programme.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to withdraw access to our Website or to exclude any participant from a Programme at any time if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, or that continued access would be inappropriate or harmful to other participants or to our staff.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at our discretion.

Notices: Any formal notice from you to us should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
